Christine trained as an Art and Craft teacher in the sixties in Battersea College of Education, London, continuing working with clay in the evenings at Plymouth College of Art. Ignoring her artistic talents she travelled to Spain where she married and raised a family. She came to live in Ireland in 2019.
She is a multidisciplined artist and has contributed to nature conservation for the Generalitat de Catalunya with her naturalist artwork.
As a mature student, she attended the Escola de Bellas Arts, Salt, Girona, and also received tuition from master potters in the Museu de la Terrissa, Quart, Girona. She has experience in a wide range of techniques and styles.
